PROFESSIONAL COACHING AND MENTORING WITH NICKY FLYNN

'Our chief want in life is someone who can make us do what we can'

Ralph Waldo Emerson

ABOUT ME

I have worked in the Voluntary and Public sector for 25 years and am currently the Chief Executive of a charity in London. I have managed multiple teams in both sectors and qualified as a coach/mentor as part of the leadership programme in one of my roles. I enjoy seeing people develop, grow and reach their full potential. Whatever the economic and political environment, nurturing a motivated and focussed workforce is essential; they are the most valuable resource. So, whether you are an employer wanting to develop your team or an employee with a desire to improve your own performance, I believe I can help you.

I am especially keen to work with individuals within these sectors.
